All orders ship within 1-2 business days of ordering, if your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with tracking number. 
Please note that paying for expedited shipping does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day.

For insurance purposes, all orders require signature upon delivery, no exceptions.
We strongly suggest selecting Insured Shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It’s the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing.

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to. ***All International orders are treated with the same care, consideration, attention to detail and shipping order as domestic. However, Due to the Customs policies and capabilities of each different Nation, Please expect that the delivery of your item can range anywhere from 7 - 14 business days from date of shipment.

Note: Russia may not allow shipment of jewelry.  This will show during the checkout process if we can or cannot ship.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Duties on goods vary widely depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in, but normally total 18-20% of the item price.

If you refuse a shipment from lavagirlsurf.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. These charges are not refunded to you.
